Ski and Snowboard Storage

Description

  1. Clients can store one bag containing at least one ski/snowboard. Bags can include additional skis/snowboards and other related gear but the total weight of each bag must not exceed 20KG.

  2. Annual fee per ski/snowboard bag is JPY 16000 / HKD 800.

Terms and conditions

  1. Storage period is for one year from the first date of arrival of the bags.

  2. Clients must contact us for ski/snowboard delivery at least two weeks before their trip to ensure the ski/snowboard will arrive at your hotel on time.

  3. Clients should provide their reservation information including hotel name, reservation name and dates booked at the hotel for bag delivery.

  4. Clients can choose one way delivery or return delivery.

  5. Delivery fee is not included in the annual storage fee. The delivery fee depends on the size of the bags and will be charge separately. Please contact us if you would like delivery.

  6. Service termination requires one month's notice and clients must contact us with the date of termination and where the ski/snowboard bags should be delivered to. If the client does not provide us with a delivery address or collect their bags during the notification period, we will assume that the client wish to continue using the storage service. When the annual period is over, we will request the annual renewal fee from the client.

  7. We reserve the right to remove any stored skis/snowboards, related gear and bags if we have not receive any replies and renewal fee one month after the end of the annual storage period.

Payment

  1. Payment should be completed before the start of the annual storage period.

  2. We accept Hong Kong Bank transfer, FPS, PayMe and Paypal payment.

  3. Service renewal payment should be completed one month before the end of the annual storage period.
